Join us for a chat with Neena Viel, former Pitch Wars mentee and debut author of LISTEN TO YOUR SISTER, “a deeply terrifying, and big-hearted speculative horror novel for fans of Jordan Peele's films, Stranger Things, and The Other Black Girl”. Hailing from Washington, Neena’s work “explores social horror and humor through a Black lens”.

I’ve recently connected with Neena and I’m so excited to hear about her publication journey and her experiences of being a newly trad pubbed author writing social horror in our current political landscape.
